iAzi provides a platform to discover professionals and services, manage bookings, and communicate about appointments. We are not the provider of the underlying services offered by professionals.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Bookings, cancellations, and availability

Professionals manage their own availability, pricing, and service details. Appointments may be changed or cancelled according to the professional\'s policies and applicable law.

4. Payments

We do not control payments between users and professionals. If payment features are available, payments may be processed by third-party providers and/or the professional directly. Any disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or billing issues should be handled with the professional and/or the applicable payment provider, subject to consumer protection laws.

5. Reviews and user content

You may be able to post content such as reviews, ratings, and profile information. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.

6. Prohibited use

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the platform.
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Scraping or harvesting data without permission.
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation.
